A brotherhood, not a feed

Rooted in Christ.
Sharpened by brothers.

Grounded Men is for Christian men who refuse to drift — built on scripture, prayer, and presence. Daily devotions. Small huddles. Real accountability. No performance, no pretense.

Web, iOS, and Android. Join in under 60 seconds.

The four pillars

What you won't find in another men's app.

01

Scripture, daily

A short note every morning — one verse, one truth, one prompt. Not a thousand things. The one thing.

02

A small huddle

Five to eight men, meeting weekly, praying daily. This is where formation actually happens.

03

Real accountability

Confess, celebrate, and carry each other. Sin dies in the light; brotherhood is the light.

04

Prayer that lands

Requests go to your huddle, not a void. Someone actually prays. You get the notification.

Why Grounded Men exists

I started Grounded Men because of my wife.

Every morning, I'd watch Mya and her best friend Danielle get up early — Bibles open, coffee in hand, praying over each other, laughing, encouraging each other before the day even started.

And it hit me — where's that for men?

Too many of us are carrying it alone. Work. Marriage. Fatherhood. Doubt. That quiet feeling we've been left out of something we were made for.

The world tells us to tough it out. Scripture says something different. Iron sharpens iron. A brother is born for adversity. We weren't meant to walk this alone.

So I built Grounded Men. A brotherhood of fathers, sons, and mentors drawing close to Jesus — becoming the husbands, fathers, and leaders God called us to be.

If you're tired of walking alone, there's a seat at this table.

Come get grounded.

Morning, brother.

Day 2 — Who's Driving the Car?

Picture your life as a vehicle. Every day, somebody is in the driver's seat. Sometimes it's anger. Sometimes anxiety. Sometimes pride, lust, fear, or self-pity. And here's the thing about emotions in the driver's seat — they don't ask for directions, and they don't obey the speed limit. They crash relationships, careers, and callings. Walking by the Spirit means handing Him the keys. Not once. Every morning. The man who lets his emotions drive ends up wherever his feelings take him. The man who walks by the Spirit ends up where God is leading him — even when it's the harder road. Reflect: What's been driving you this week — the Spirit, or your emotions? Action: Before your feet hit the floor tomorrow, pray these words: "Holy Spirit, You're driving today. I'm in the passenger seat."

Galatians 5:16

Scripture: "So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh." — Galatians 5:16

Huddles

Five to eight men. One covenant. Every week.

A huddle is not a Facebook group. It is a small, covenanted group of men who meet weekly (in person or on video), pray daily, and don't let each other drift. When you join Grounded Men, we help you find — or start — your huddle.

The daily rhythm

Simple enough to actually do. Hard enough to change you.

01

Wake up

Daily note lands before sunrise. Read it before you touch anything else.

02

Pray

Pick one brother in your huddle. Pray for him by name. Tell him you did.

03

Join the huddle

We meet live twice a week — once in the morning, once in the evening. Pick the time that fits your life and show up.

04

Confess

Bring the hidden thing into the light. Over and over. That's the work.

Give

It's free to join. It's not free to build.

Grounded Men will always be free to any man who needs it. If it's made a difference in yours, consider giving. Your gift keeps the lights on, the leaders trained, and the door open for the next brother.

Sustainers

2 brothers give monthly to keep this free for everyone.

100% of gifts go toward operating the platform and training huddle leaders.

You don't have to drift.

There are brothers waiting. The next step is small. Take it.
